Saint Louis Area Real Estate 

St Louis today continues to live up to its Gateway to the West nickname. We have a new bridge being built just north of the Gateway Arch and plans to redevelop the historic North Side. The home of the baseball Cardinal “Busch Stadium” is going to have a new development next to it called “Ballpark Village”. Just a few blocks over you have the home of the “Blues’ hockey team at the Savis Center. The Rams football team play’s their games in the Edward Jones Dome at America's Center. Top live music venues are always going on in the Soulard area,“The Landing", University City’s Loop and Washington Ave. The abundance of talent in the Saint Louis area means that you can find world class musicians playing in any of the surrounding towns and communities. America’s Conference Center

St Louis’s Communities
Kirkwood, Brentwood, Clayton, Ladue and more Saint Louis also has well established communities and cities that are only a short 30 minute drive away.

University City has been quietly transforming over the past 15 years from an area of urban decline to one of the most desirable areas that attracts artists of all genres. The influx of creative residents has seen some amazing renovations which in turn have opened the appeal to residents who enjoy good restaurants with a creative side!

West of St Louis, has the highest concentration of million dollar luxury homes in the greater St Louis area. Just a little further south is the communities of Des Peres, Sunset Hills, Fenton and Kirkwood. Metro rail system for commuters to take is dotted throughout the City.

Lakefront Homes at Lake Saint Louis

Hillsboro, Mo is home to Raintree Plantation which is one of the closest lakefront and golf course developments in the St Louis area. Homes in the Lake Saint Louis development can reach over the $1 million dollar mark and have been extremely popular with the discerning luxury home buyer.

Saint Charles, MO
St Charles County, to the west of St Louis, is huge area that has experienced growth in retail and residential new construction. The development New Town St Charles is proving to be a very popular location for some people that are looking for the “old town feel” but with all the modern conveniences close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
